To revalue the natural heritage of the city and increase its biodiversity |

To help to achieve the first aim of the Citizen Commitments to Sustainability -Agenda 21 of Barcelona which calls for "the protection of free spaces and biodiversity, and the expansion of urban greenery". |

To rebuild the food chain of the urban ecosystem through the recovery of an extinct predator. |
| 5. |
To improve awareness among citizens of the conservation of urban biodiversity and to disseminate the information related to the biology of the Peregrine Falcon and to other species of animals and plants which make up the urban ecosystem. |
